We will hand you a small piece of paper with a link and a QR code that will take you to the gallery, where you can download your photos. We aim to have the photos ready in two business days at most. If you want your photos ready for May 10th, you should come on May 7th or earlier. - What happens if I lose the access paper?
Send us an email using the same email you used for the booking. - I want a hard copy (print). Do you sell them?
Yes, there are two ways. You can buy it from the portal (not recommended as it is expensive) or contact us directly. We can locally print 6x4, 11.5x8, 17x11, and 19x13; the price will cover material costs. - How many photos are taken?
At least one. This is a quick 20-30-minute session. We will try to do as much as possible. - Do you do photo shoots out of the Mall?

Since we are volunteering for this event, we expect to show up unless you cancel the appointment. In the unfortunate event that you don't show up without cancelling, we will note your name and ban you from all our free events. Please, don't play with our time.
