1. Appointment Commitment
When you book a session, that time is reserved exclusively for you. We kindly ask all clients to respect scheduled appointment times. When you book a session with us, you willingly commit to showing up on time for our appointment.
You are aware that when you book a session with us, you will receive a confirmation email from our booking system. We will be there, and we expect the same from you.
2. 15-Minute Grace Period
A 15-minute grace period is provided for all sessions.
- If you arrive within this window, your session will continue as scheduled (session time may be shortened accordingly).
- If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, the session will be considered a no-show and may be cancelled.
3. Pre-Booking Fee
A $20 pre-booking fee is optional to secure your appointment for any non-walk-in session.
- This fee confirms your reservation and helps reduce last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
- The fee will be applied toward your session total (if applicable).

If you choose not to do the $20 pre-booking and you fall into our no-show classification, you will be banned from all our services.
4. Refund Policy for Free Events
For free promotional events or sessions that require an appointment:
- The $20 pre-booking fee will be fully refunded upon your arrival and participation in the session.
- No-shows or late arrivals beyond the grace period will forfeit the fee.
If your session is not free, the pre-booking fee will be applied to the final price.
5. No-Show Policy
A no-show is defined as:
- Missing your appointment without notice
- Arriving more than 15 minutes late without communication
In these cases:
* The $20 fee is non-refundable
* You may be required to pay a new booking fee to reschedule
6. Blacklist Policy
To ensure fairness and availability for all clients:
- Clients who miss 1 or more appointments without notice and without paying the $20 pre-booking deposit will be placed on a blacklist and will be refused future bookings, or
- Clients who miss 1 or more appointments without notice and have paid the $20 pre-booking deposit will be placed on a grey list and required to pay the full session fee upfront (non-refundable) to book any of our services again.
We will use the information you provide in your booking to keep track of who is who. It is up to us to decide what action to take.
Our blacklist will be public, and we will only show your first name to identify you. If your name is Joe Doe, we will only list Joe.
7. Rescheduling & Communication
We understand that life happens.
- Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule
- Clients who communicate ahead of time will be accommodated whenever possible without penalty
8. Agreement
By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
9. Exceptions and Applicability
This policy applies to all our services with the exception of:
- walk-in events, or
- weddings or a wedding anniversary, or
- We inform you that you are explicitly exempt; this is at our discretion only.
